Joffe Academy began as an idea; a vision to create a centralized, membership-based learning platform where schools and organizations could access high-quality safety training anytime, anywhere. At the time, there was no platform, no course library, no branding, and no established learning experience. The opportunity was to build it all from the ground up.

Working alongside leadership and Subject Matter Experts, that vision became a fully developed digital learning ecosystem. Every aspect of the academy was thoughtfully planned, designed, and executed, from selecting and configuring the Learning Management System to designing the user experience, developing the brand identity, organizing learning pathways, producing multimedia content, and creating the course library itself.

As the platform evolved, so did its offerings. Members gained access to a growing collection of professional development courses, downloadable resources, and live educational webinars featuring industry experts. Every webinar was produced, managed, and streamed as part of a comprehensive learning experience that extended well beyond individual courses.

The result was more than an LMS; it became a scalable education platform that served thousands of learners and established a new way for clients to access ongoing training and professional development.

**My Role**

From concept to launch, responsibilities included:
- Defining the vision and learner experience
- Building and configuring the Learning Management System
- Designing the website and branded user interface
- Developing curriculum and course structure
- Writing and editing instructional content
- Producing and editing training videos
- Creating graphics, resources, and interactive learning activities
- Partnering with Subject Matter Experts to transform technical knowledge into engaging courses
- Producing and streaming live educational webinars
- Managing projects from initial planning through launch and continued growth
